The Cleft Lip Simulator is a high-fidelity surgical task trainer designed for practicing pediatric cleft lip repair techniques. Built with anatomically accurate skin, muscle, and mucosal layers, the simulator allows learners to rehearse the full sequence of unilateral and bilateral cleft lip repair from marking through closure.
The model supports the standard repertoire of repair techniques: rotation-advancement (Millard), Tennison-Randall triangular flap, and bilateral repair. Each layer responds to scalpel, hook, and suture as native tissue would, giving trainees a realistic procedural experience.
Validated through national otolaryngology fellowship courses, the simulator delivers a low-risk environment for fellows and residents to build confidence and skill in advanced cleft repair.
What's included: One Cleft Lip Simulator with anatomical lip, muscle, and mucosal layers. Ships from Ann Arbor, MI.
